You receive a written quote and schedule, so you know what's included before any work begins.
Before the real work starts, we protect what's around it. Floors, finishes, driveways and landscaping near the work area are covered and kept clean, and the site is prepared properly, whether that means excavating and forming for concrete or tearing out and prepping surfaces for a renovation. Good results depend on the work you never see.
Our crew builds every part of the job with the same care, from the base under a slab to the drywall, tile and paint you'll look at every day. We use materials suited to Ottawa's climate and conditions, follow the plan we agreed with you, and don't cut corners on the steps that decide how long the work will last.

Some projects in Ottawa need a building permit from the City, especially structural changes, new plumbing or finishing a basement with new rooms. Cosmetic work like painting or new flooring usually doesn't. We'll tell you what applies to your project during the consultation.
